    Mike Mercer is the owner and founder of Aerie Construction. With over three decades of experience, he has built dozens of high-end homes and estates, earning a reputation for technical expertise and collaboration.

    Currently, he leads a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism using modern construction technology. Mike is also active in the local community, having served in leadership roles with the Park City Area Home Builders Association and various charitable foundations.

  • Office Manager

    Michelle Thomason is a seasoned office manager in Park City. With a background in finance, real estate, and insurance, she brings a detail-oriented approach to every transaction, ensuring smooth processes from start to finish.

    Michelle’s deep knowledge of the industry, and commitment to Aerie have earned her respect and appreciation throughout the community.

  • Superintendent

    TJ Haines has nearly three decades of experience in residential construction, with a background spanning every major trade—from foundation to finish. Licensed since 2012, he’s led custom home builds and remodels across Utah. TJ’s hands-on knowledge, problem-solving mindset, and steady leadership help drive quality, efficiency, and accountability on site.

    Now, TJ combines his leadership background and hands-on expertise to contribute to Aerie’s continued success.

    Jacob Poulson is a 4th generation carpenter who has been building luxury homes since 2000. Growing up in his family’s woodshop, he developed a deep passion for craftsmanship that continues to drive him today. Known for his precision and high standards,

    Jacob ensures that both he and his trade partners deliver exceptional quality on every project. With extensive experience and certifications, he brings a blend of expertise and leadership, coaching teams to achieve the finest craftsmanship in every detail.

    Carson has a bachelor’s in finance from the University of Utah. With almost a decade working for Aerie, Carson takes a practical approach to managing project details, brings new technology, ideas, and a second generation to Aerie.
